Bridge Growth Partners hires new senior advisor

Bridge Growth Partners said Monday that it has named Jessica M. Bibliowicz as a senior advisor. Previously, Bibliowicz was the chairman and CEO former of National Financial Partners. Based in New York City, Bridge Growth Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on the technology and financial services sectors.

New York, September 23, 2013 – Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a new growth-oriented private equity investment firm focused on investments in technology and financial services as well as technology-enabled opportunities in other sectors, today announced that Jessica M. Bibliowicz, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of National Financial Partners, has joined the firm as Senior Advisor.
Ms. Bibliowicz will be engaged as part of the firm’s senior team in a wide range of activities in key areas alongside Bridge Growth’s co-founders and managing principals including investment sourcing and execution, strategic counsel and support to portfolio companies, investor relations and recruiting.

Ms. Bibliowicz previously served as CEO of National Financial Partners from its inception in 1999 until its sale this year to Madison Dearborn Partners. In 2003, she also assumed the role of Chairman of the Board and oversaw NFP’s initial public offering. Before founding NFP, she was President and Chief Operating Officer of John A. Levin & Co., a registered investment advisor. Earlier in her career, she held senior management positions at Prudential Mutual Funds and Smith Barney Mutual Funds. Ms. Bibliowicz is a Director of Realogy (NYSE: RLGY) and the Asia Pacific Fund (NYSE: APB) and is a former Director of the Eaton Vance Mutual Funds. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University, the Cornell NYC Tech Campus Task Force, the Board of Overseers of the Weill Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Cornell University and a member of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Center Theater. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Cornell University.
