Bushell acquires UK business of Canadian retailer Aldo

Bushell Investment Group has acquired the UK arm of Aldo Group, a Montreal-based owner and operator of a chain of shoe and accessories stores. No financial terms were released for the deal, which was announced on Bushell’s website. Aldo in May announced its intention to restructure under the the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
