LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Creative Artists Agency (CAA) announced today that it has acquired two industry leaders in corporate hospitality – Beyond Sports & Entertainment (BSE) and Goviva. Goviva and BSE will join forces with Inside Sports & Entertainment Group (ISEG), acquired by CAA in February 2014, to form CAA Premium Experience, a best-in-class, full-service hospitality, event management, and marketing practice.

  • Access to every major global event and deep expertise in building unforgettable experiences for corporate customers across a wide range of lifestyle properties.

“The Goviva, Beyond Sports & Entertainment, and Inside Sports & Entertainment Group collective makes CAA Premium Experience the industry leader in the customer hospitality business,” said CAA Sports Co-Head Michael Levine, who alongside Howard Nuchow, Co-Head, CAA Sports, will lead CAA Premium Experience. “We have strategically combined the creativity, innovation, and exceptional client service of the world’s most accomplished corporate hospitality executives and organizations with CAA’s unmatched resources and relationships within entertainment, sports, and pop culture to create a division that will deliver world-class VIP experiences for customers globally.”

Founded by Robert Tuchman, Will Steinberg, and Brett Sklar in 2011, Goviva is headquartered in New York City. Goviva specializes in curating and fulfilling once-in-a-lifetime experiences in the areas of sporting events, entertainment, arts & fashion, and food & wine, both domestically and internationally. Prior to creating Goviva, Tuchman founded TSE Sports & Entertainment, a full-service experiential company that he sold to private equity firm Pfingsten Partners in 2006.

“As part of the CAA family there is no doubt that we will now be able to deliver the absolute best in hospitality to our customers,” said Tuchman. “CAA provides an unparalleled arsenal of experiential opportunities that will make for incredible offerings for buyers of our services.”

Founded in 2007 by Ari Strulson, Kyle Olson, and Jason Marshall, BSE specializes in VIP experience packages, special events, ticket concierge services, and personal appearances, and has successfully helped companies, consumers, and brands build unforgettable experiences surrounding the world’s most prestigious events.

“If you had asked us seven years ago when we founded Beyond Sports & Entertainment what we envisioned for the future of our company, I never could have dreamed that we would become part of CAA, and be able to provide our clients this level of access and outstanding service,” said Strulson.

Last year, CAA acquired ISEG, which has since experienced tremendous year-over-year revenue growth. ISEG has partnerships with teams, leagues, venues, and properties around the world; manages hundreds of events a year, including corporate events, experiences, personal appearances, and meetings; conceptualizes and facilitates full-scale hospitality programs; and develops national and global integrated marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
