New York-based alternative asset manager CapitalSpring has expanded its team with two hires. The firm has named Todd Foust as managing director and head of underwriting and portfolio. Also, CapitalSpring has appointed Kristin Reilly as vice president of investor relations. Previously, Foust worked at Goldman Sachs while Reilly worked at GoldenTree Asset Management.
Specialized alternative asset manager CapitalSpring has added Todd Foust and Kristin Reilly to its team.
Todd Foust joined CapitalSpring as Managing Director and Head of Underwriting and Portfolio. Todd brings over 18 years of lending and investing experience, including the past 10 years at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations Group. In this role, Todd was Managing Director and Co-Head of Underwriting and Portfolio for the Specialty Lending platform, where he was a founding management team member. Todd served on the Management Committee for the Specialty Lending Group and was also a member of the Illiquid Investment Committee of Goldman’s Americas Special Situations Group. Prior to Goldman, Todd was at GE Capital as Vice President of Risk/Underwriting.
Kristin Reilly joined CapitalSpring as Vice President of Investor Relations. Previously, Kristin worked at GoldenTree Asset Management where she was responsible for International Investor Relations, based out of their London office. Prior to GoldenTree, Kristin was a Vice President in the Research division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch for almost 10 years and started her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen.
