The CapStreet Group has completed a majority recapitalization of Davis S R Aviation and Turbine Jet Specialties together known as Red Aviation in partnership with the senior management team. Founded in 2002 by Stephen and Karen Davis and headquartered in Georgetown, Texas, Red Aviation engages in the procurement, sale, repair and maintenance of business jet aftermarket parts and engines.
The CapStreet Group, LLC (www.capstreet.com) today announced the completion of a majority recapitalization of Davis S R Aviation, LLC and Turbine Jet Specialties, LP, together known as “Red Aviation,” in partnership with the senior management team.

Founded in 2002 by Stephen and Karen Davis and headquartered in Georgetown, Texas, Red Aviation (www.redaviation.aero) engages in the procurement, sale, repair and maintenance of business jet aftermarket parts and engines, focusing on the Global, Challenger, Lear and Gulfstream platforms. The company operates in two segments, Red Aviation, based in Georgetown, which focuses on components and structures, and Turbine Jet Specialties, based in Granbury, Texas, which focuses on engines.
During its 12 year history, Red Aviation has assembled an expert staff of aerospace personnel and built an extensive inventory of over 12,000 parts, providing customers with flexible parts and service options through exchanges, overhauls, repairs and rentals of business jet parts. Red Aviation differentiates itself from other aftermarket parts providers through the company’s product knowledge, inventory depth, and Red Aviation Repair Group division. This division is an FAA certified repair station with over 600 different repair and overhaul capabilities allowing the company to certify and repair parts in-house as well as perform outside customer repair.
