Happy Wednesday, Dear Tech Take Readers!
Carlyle Group’s AI-driven hiring platform HireVue reached a deal with VC-backed recruitment automation provider AllyO, Carlyle announced Tuesday.
The deal agreement assigned AllyO a valuation between $50 million and $100 million, sources told me.
For HireVue, which is known for its AI-powered interviewing technology, adding AllyO to its platform provides strategic synergies, said Tyler Parker, a vice president focused on investments in the technology sector at Carlyle Group. Read more about the deal on PE Hub.
