The Carlyle Group and The Chertoff Group have acquired a majority stake in Coalfire Systems Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Baird Capital, an existing investor, sold a portion of its stake. Louisville, Colorado-based Coalfire is a cybersecurity risk management and compliance services firm.
