New York City-based growth equity firm Catalyst Investors has named Mia Ficerai and Robert Schnitzler as analysts. In their new positions, both will be responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management. Previously, Ficerai was an investment banking analyst with Berenson & Company while Schnitzler held the same title at Signal Hill.

NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 10, 2013 – Growth equity firm Catalyst Investors has hired Mia Ficerai and Robert Schnitzler as analysts. They are responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management as well as assisting with Catalyst’s research reports. Catalyst recently relocated within the Coca-Cola Building at 711 Fifth Avenue to accommodate its continued expansion.
Ficerai was formerly an investment banking analyst with New York-based Berenson & Company where she worked on M&A and restructuring transactions across a number of industries, with a focus on technology and media. She earned a BA in Economics and a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University. Schnitzler joins Catalyst from the San Francisco office of Signal Hill where he was an investment banking analyst providing financial advisory services to high growth technology companies in connection with M&A and private placements. He earned a BS in Business and Finance, with distinction, from the University of Minnesota Curtis L. Carlson School of Management.
