CC&L Infrastructure and Alpenglow Rail to acquire USA Rail

Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure has partnered with Alpenglow Rail to acquire USA Rail, a short-line rail logistics business with terminals in the Gulf Coast's Port Allen and Port Arthur.
