May 18, 2021 – Harold Savard, President and CEO of the Novatech Group, is proud to announce that the Novatech Group has acquired the patio door division of Energi. This acquisition increases Novatech’s patio door manufacturing capability and becomes the 6th plant of this product family in the group.
Demand for patio doors continues to increase and we were anxious to add to our operational capabilities. The Terrebonne facility gives us the necessary footprint to meet our growth objectives and provide the service levels that our customers require. We plan to make significant investments at the Terrebonne facility in the coming months.
Effective immediately, the current Novatech sales force will be responsible for patio door sales out of Terrebonne. The customer service team in Terrebonne will remain in place for all inquiries and orders.
“We are delighted to welcome Energi’s patio door team to the Novatech Group family. Their expertise, combined with that of our current teams, will complement our plants in Ste-Julie, Beauceville, Calgary and Martinsville. Synergies generated by the pooling of our activities will ensure the success of this acquisition, which is in line with our passion to always better serve our customers.” states Harold Savard.
