CD&R appoints Winokur as partner

In his new role, he will lead the firm's new financial services vertical.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has named David Winokur as a partner. In his new role, he will lead the firm’s new financial services vertical.

Previously, Winokur was a managing director at TowerBrook Capital Partners, where he led the firm’s efforts in financial services. Earlier in his career, he was an investment professional at Aquiline Capital Partners and an analyst in the financial institutions group at BlackRock.

We believe David’s deep experience leading transactions across the financial services sector and his broad industry network will be a great asset as we launch the vertical.”

Winokur holds an undergraduate degree from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
