A consortium of Chinese investors led by Cultural Investment Holdings has acquired a majority stake in London-based Framestore, a provider of VFX and CG content for the film, TV, advertising and theme park industries. No financial terms were disclosed. JEGI and Clarity advised Framestore on the transaction.
