CHSO invests in Altruista Health

Capricorn Healthcare & Special Opportunities has made an undisclosed investment in Altruista Health Inc. Ziegler served as financial advisor to Altruista Health on the transaction. Altruista Health is a provider of population health management technology solutions for health plans and health care providers.



Altruista Health, Inc., an innovative provider of population health management technology solutions for health plans and health care providers, announced today that it has secured a significant capital investment from Capricorn Healthcare & Special Opportunities (CHSO), a private investment firm exclusively focused on the healthcare and wellness sector. Through its investment, CHSO will partner with Altruista’s current owners and executive team, who will continue to lead the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With offices in Palo Alto, California, and Washington, DC, CHSO seeks to invest in middle market growth companies that provide innovative products and services focused on cost containment, enhanced operating efficiency, and improved clinical outcomes. The CHSO team offers a unique combination of investment and clinical expertise, as well as a deep relationship network consisting of prominent healthcare executives, clinicians, scientists, regulators, and research institutions.
