Churchill Asset Management has provided financing to back CI Capital’s buyout of Waltham, Massachusetts-based Cadmus, a provider of technical and strategic advisory services focused on climate, energy, environment and sustainability, transportation, security and preparedness, and public health. No financial terms were disclosed. Churchill was the lead arranger and administrative agent on the financing.
