Churchill Asset Management provided financing to back Sentinel Capital’s acquisition of Wabash, Indiana-based Midwest Eye Consultants, a provider of management services to a network of integrated eye care services in Indiana and northwest Ohio. No financial terms were disclosed.
New York, NY, October 6, 2021 – Churchill Asset Management (“Churchill”) today announced that it served as Sole Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in support of Sentinel Capital Partners’ (“Sentinel”) partnership with Midwest Eye Consultants (the “Company”).
Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Wabash, IN, Midwest Eye Consultants provides management services to one of the largest networks of integrated eye care services in Indiana and northwest Ohio. Midwest Eye has grown to become a 54 location, vertically integrated eye care network, offering affiliated optometry and ophthalmology practices with a full spectrum of eye care, including primary care, surgical services, LASIK, and prescription eyewear.
