Cinven has promoted three staffers to partner and another to director. The new partners are Chris Good, Thomas Railhac and Ivan Kwok. And, Brett Lewis has become a director on the portfolio team.
International private equity firm Cinven today announces the promotion of three individuals to Partner, along with one promotion to Director.
Chris Good, Partner
Chris is a member of the TMT sector team and the UK and Ireland regional team. He has been involved in a number of investments, including Amadeus, CPA Global, Hotelbeds, Northgate Public Services, Springer and Visma. He joined Cinven in 2006.
Thomas Railhac, Partner
Thomas is a member of the TMT sector team and the regional team for France. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Allegro, HEG, Numericable Group and Ufinet. He joined Cinven in 2008.
Ivan Kwok, Partner, Portfolio Team
Ivan is a member of the Portfolio team and is responsible for the internationalisation strategy for Cinven’s portfolio companies. He has been involved with Cinven portfolio companies including Gondola, SLV, AMCo, Kurt Geiger and Bioclinica. He joined Cinven in 2010.
In addition, Brett Lewis has been promoted to Director in the Portfolio team.

Brett is a member of the Portfolio team in New York. He joined Cinven in 2015.
