Cogent Partners has promoted Brenlen Jinkens, Todd Miller and Brian Mooney to partner. It also has promoted James Lee to vice president and hired Dominik Woessner (formerly with Greenpark Capital) as a London-based vice president.

Cogent Partners, a specialized investment bank offering advisory

services on private equity secondary transactions, has named Brenlen Jinkens, Todd Miller and Brian Mooney as partners. The firm has also promoted James Lee to Vice President and hired

Dominik Woessner as a Vice President in the firm's London office.

Mr. Jinkens joined the firm in 2004 and is responsible for the firm's European strategy and business development.

Mr. Mooney co-founded Cogent Partners in 2001 and focuses on advising institutional limited partners on secondary private equity transactions and new business development in North America.

Mr. Miller joined Cogent in 2005 from Credit Suisse First Boston and focuses on advising institutional clients on secondary private equity transactions and new business development in North America.

Mr. Lee joined Cogent in 2006 and is focused on all aspects of client engagement and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, due diligence, structuring, and marketing.

“After several years of development, the secondaries market in Europe is looking more and more like the market in North America,” said Mr. Jinkens. “We are seeing increased levels of activity across the region, and are building the right size and quality of team in London to capture the opportunity.”

Mr. Woessner joined Cogent Partners from Greenpark Capital, where he performed due diligence and analysis on secondary private equity acquisitions and was responsible for the monitoring of several of Greenpark's private equity funds. Previously, Mr. Woessner was a Manager at KPMG where he provided strategic advisory for private equity and corporate clients in Europe.
