Conversus Capital has named Roger Brookes head of investor relations. Brookes has worked previously with companies including Bear Stearns, LCF Edmond de Rothschild Securities and Barclays. Most recently, he was in specialist sales at CF Partners, concentrating on sourcing and placing asset backed products. Brookes will be based in London.
Conversus Capital, L.P. (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: CCAP) (“Conversus”) announces that it has named Roger Brookes as Head of Investor Relations.
Based in London, Mr. Brookes leads all investor relations activities for Conversus and serves as the key liaison with the investment community. Mr. Brookes reports directly to Tim Smith, the Chief Financial Officer of Conversus.

Prior to joining Conversus, Mr. Brookes built a career working with well-known financial institutions such as Bear Stearns, LCF Edmond de Rothschild Securities, Banco Santander, Bank Austria and Barclays Bank. Most recently, Mr. Brookes was in Specialist Sales at CF Partners, concentrating on sourcing and placing asset backed products. Prior to joining CF Partners, he was an Associate Director at Bear Stearns focused on sales associated with specialty financials, predominately in the listed and unlisted private equity sectors.
