Texas-based private equity firm Cotton Creek Capital has hired Nicholas A. Longtin as an associate. Previously, Longtin worked at UBS Investment Bank where he served as an investment banking analyst in the global industrials group.

Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Mr. Longtin was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at UBS Investment Bank, the US-based investment arm of UBS AG. While at UBS, Mr. Longtin worked on financing, mergers and acquisition and initial public offering transactions for a variety of industrial companies.
Mr. Longtin earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
