CPPIB-backed Premium Brands to buy Clearwater Seafoods
Premium Brands Holdings Corp, a portfolio company of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and a coalition of Mi'kmaq First Nations, have agreed to acquire Clearwater Seafoods, a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based seafood business.
