CTPartners agrees to buy Australian search firm Johnson

CTPartners has agreed to acquire Johnson. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Sydney, Australia, Johnson is an executive search firm. Headquartered in New York, with offices all over the world, CTPartners is an executive search firm that serves a wide variety of sectors, including private equity and venture capital.
