Cyprium Partners promotes two

Cyprium Partners has made two promotions – Drew Molinari as senior associate and Jason Thorn as associate. Both are based in Cyprium’s Cleveland headquarters.


Cyprium Partners is pleased to announce two promotions: Drew Molinari to Senior Associate and Jason Thorn to Associate; both are based in Cyprium’s Cleveland headquarters.

Mr. Molinari was a member of the investment team formerly known as Key Principal Partners that formed Cyprium in June of 2011. He joined KPP from Agilysis. While at Agilysys, Mr. Molinari was responsible for the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and modeling, coordination of due diligence procedures and post-closing integration.

Mr. Thorn joined Cyprium Partners in 2012. Prior to joining Cyprium, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo. In this position, he advised software, digital media and semiconductor businesses on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and debt financings.
