Lower middle market private equity firm DFW Capital Partners has named Cheri Lieberman as chief financial officer. Previously, Lieberman worked at Charterhouse Equity Partners where she served as CFO and chief compliance officer.
DFW Capital Partners announced today that Cheri Lieberman has joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer. In her role, Ms. Lieberman will assume principal responsibility for the firm’s accounting, finance, administrative and compliance responsibilities, and is expected to be named as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining DFW, Cheri spent 31 years at Charterhouse Equity Partners, with the past 22 years as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. While at Charterhouse, Cheri played an integral role in the formation, monitoring and administrative functions for four distinct middle-market private equity funds totaling in excess of $2 billion in commitments.
