Dow Schofield Watts has promoted Keith Benson and Gregg Pendlington to associate director. Benson joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2012 while Pendlington first came to the firm in 2013 from Haines Watts where he worked as a corporate finance partner.

Keith Benson and Gregg Pendlington have been promoted to Associate Director.
Keith Benson, a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the London School of Economics joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2012. Since then Keith has provided advice on a broad range of transactions, covering both buy and sell-side advisory, private equity and raising of senior, mezzanine and equity funding. His recent transactions include the sale of PROjEN to Capita plc, advising on fund-raising for Goldshield Electronic Security and the £15 million refinancing of a leading personal finance and insolvency company.
Gregg Pendlington joined Dow Schofield Watts from Haines Watts where he was a Corporate Finance Partner, in 2013. Since joining Gregg has advised on a number of high profile deals including the acquisition of Collectica by Marston Group (from Serco plc), the £36m secondary MBO of Character World by Palatine Private Equity and the £63m refinancing of Marston Group by Five Arrows Credit Solutions, a fund managed by the Rothschild Group.
