Thomas J. Duffy has joined Praesidian Capital as an associate effective immediately. His responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments along with monitoring portfolio investments. Duffy, most recently, was a part of Bank of America’s MBA Leadership Program.

Duffy has joined the firm as an Associate, effective immediately. Duffy’s responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments along with monitoring portfolio investments.
“Tom comes to us with a strong background in transaction-related work,” said Jason Drattell, Managing Partner. “His recent experience with a large, multinational bank, his analytical skills, as well as his focus and passion, make him a great fit for our team.”
Duffy joins Praesidian with five years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he was a part of Bank of America’s MBA Leadership Program. In that program, Mr. Duffy was involved in all aspects of deal flow including prospecting new business, analyzing financial statements and working on varied capital structures. He also spent three years with the bank’s Structured Derivatives Group. Before Bank of America, Duffy worked at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the International Settlements Department. Duffy received an MBA from Pace University and a B.S. in Finance from Siena College.
