DW Healthcare invests in California Psychcare, which will rebrand to 360 Behavioral Health

DW Healthcare Partners invested in California Psychcare, which provides behavioral services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the deal, California Psychcare will be rebranding to 360 Behavioral Health.

DW Healthcare Partners (“DWHP”), the Toronto and Park City-based healthcare private equity firm, has invested in California Psychcare (“CPC”). CPC is a leading provider of behavioral services for children and adults with an autism spectrum disorder (“ASD”) and other developmental disabilities in the State of California. Terms of the transaction are undisclosed.

Dr. Leili Zarbakhsh, CPC’s Co-founder, commented, “DWHP’s investment, coupled with their operational resources and deep understanding of autism and healthcare services, will be incredibly valuable as we continue to expand and enhance our services. As part of the growth plan, CPC will also be rebranding to 360 Behavioral Health.
