Dye & Durham beats Carlyle to acquire Link Administration Holdings: Reuters

Canada's cloud-based software company Dye & Durham said it would acquire Link Administration Holdings for about C$3.2 billion ($2.48 billion), Reuters reported.

Canada’s cloud-based software company Dye & Durham said it would acquire Link Administration Holdings for about C$3.2 billion ($2.48 billion), Reuters reported. The bid was higher than Carlyle Group’s offer for the Australian share registry company last month. The deal will give Dye & Durham access to Link’s prized 43 percent stake in online realty business PEXA Group.
