Eden Capital, a New York-based private equity fund focused on technology, business services, and education, announced today its investment in Wall Street Prep (WSP), a premier global financial training firm.

WSP trains finance professionals at investment banks, financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies and universities. In addition to corporate training, WSP offers programs directly to individual consumers.
