Michael Ellwein and Roderick Young have joined Three Arch Partners as venture partners. Ellwein has spent the past 17 years with Medtronic, most recently as vice president and chief development officer. Young previously served as CEO of former Three Arch portfolio company Vivant Medical (sold to Tyco).
