UK-based private equity firm Endless has appointed Wayne Bowser to the position of non-executive director. Bowser joins Peter Yendell as the second non-executive director at Endless which is currently investing its third fund.

Private equity fund Endless LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Bowser to the position of Non Executive Director. Wayne will focus on helping the firm develop its strategy and offering to the UK market and provide the Endless management team with advice on their continuing growth strategy. Wayne joins Peter Yendell as the second Non Executive Director at Endless which is currently investing its third fund of £220 million.
Wayne is a former senior executive director at HSBC Bank plc where his experiences included the funding and support of international acquisitive growth, leading multi-national and domestic turnaround situations, strategic planning and leading change. Wayne enjoys a strong personal reputation for integrity, building relationships and business advocacy. Since leaving HSBC Wayne has undertaken a number of NED and community – support roles.
