Enlightenment Capital raises $250 mln for third fund

Enlightenment Capital has closed its third fund at a hard cap of $250 million, beating its $200 million target. Metric Point Capital served as placement agent for the fund while Hogan Lovells provided legal counsel.

Chevy Chase, Maryland – May 2, 2019: Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense & Government focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, has closed its third flagship fund with $250 million in capital commitments. The fund closed at its fundraising hard cap and above its $200 million target.

Enlightenment Capital will continue to execute on its strategy of serving as a strategic investor in middle-market companies in the Aerospace, Defense & Government sector and a critical partner to management teams in the space.
