Entrepreneur Partners promotes Lombardo to principal

Entrepreneur Partners LP has promoted Lori Lombardo to principal. Her appointment was effective January 1, 2020. Lombardo joined Entrepreneur Partners in 2012 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Entrepreneur Partners, LP, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Lombardo to Principal. The promotion was made effective January 1, 2020.

Over the course of her tenure with the firm, Ms. Lombardo has made significant contributions to Entrepreneur Partners’ efforts in both making principal investments and advising on M&A strategy. She is responsible for business development, as well as the evaluation, execution, and pre-and post-closing support of transactions. An active 2019 for the firm included the acquisition of a leader in printing industry servicing the packaging and retail markets, an equity investment in high-end cured meat producer Salumi, and the completion of two add-on transactions with a client in the foodservice distribution space.

Ms. Lombardo joined Entrepreneur Partners in 2012 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she managed a team for their securities-based lending product and oversaw integration and process improvement projects related to compliance and letter of credit. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Ms. Lombardo worked with clients in the healthcare, energy, and nonprofit sectors in the Corporate and Securities group at Reed Smith. Ms. Lombardo received her M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. from Bates College.
