Epic Health Services Inc., a portfolio company of Webster Capital, has acquired Unifour Nursing. Financial terms weren’t announced. Newton, North Caroline-based Unifour is a pediatric and adult home care provider.
DALLAS, Sept. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Epic Health Services Inc., a portfolio company of Webster Capital and Dallas-based provider of pediatric skilled nursing and therapy, announced today that it has acquired pediatric and adult home care provider Unifour Nursing, based in Newton, North Carolina.
The acquisition marks Epic’s entry into North Carolina, increasing the company’s service territory to 16 states.
