EQT Partners’ Automic to acquire Paris-based ORSYP

Automic, a portfolio company of EQT Partners, is planning on buying ORSYP SAS. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams & Co. is serving as financial advisor to ORSYP on the transaction. Based in Paris, ORSYP, which is backed by Argos Soditic, is a provider of IT automation and optimization solutions.
