Falfurrias Capital Partners has agreed to sell Richmond, Va.-based registered investment advisor Dorsey, Wright & Associates to NASDAQ for $225 million.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of this year.
Wells Fargo Securities provided financial advice to Falfurrias on the transaction.
Falfurrias made a undisclosed investment in Dorsey Wright in 2011.
Last October, peHUB reported that Falfurrias was looking to sell Dorsey Wright for more than $200 million.
