First Reserve Corp., a private equity firm focused on the energy sector, has promoted Anastasia Deulina to director. She joined the firm in 2007, after having served as a vice president with both Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
First Reserve Corporation, the largest and leading energy industry private equity and infrastructure investor, today announced the promotion of Anastasia Deulina to Director. Ms. Deulina is one the firm’s 71 investment professionals whose collective expertise covers all of the sub-sectors of the energy industry, on a global basis.
Ms. Deulina joined First Reserve in 2007. Her responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring, with particular focus on the reserve sectors of the energy industry. Prior to joining First Reserve, Ms. Deulina was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and previously a Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Earlier experiences include positions with the World Bank Moscow Resident Mission and the All-Russian Foreign Trade Academy in Moscow.

Ms. Deulina holds an MA degree in Energy & Mineral Resources from the University of Texas and a
BSc degree in Economics and Management from the Moscow State Geological Prospecting Academy.
