Five Points supports Blue Point Capital’s FLSA acquisition

Five Points Capital has made an undisclosed equity co-investment to back Blue Point Capital Partners‘ buyout of Fire & Life Safety America. Based in Richmond, Virginia, FLSA is a provider of fire and life safety system inspection, maintenance, repair and installation services. UPDATE: Twin Brook Capital provided $61 million in financing to back Blue Point’s buy of FLSA, a source said.

Five Points Capital provides equity co-investment in support of Blue Point Capital Partners’ acquisition of Fire & Life Safety America (“FLSA” or the “Company”).
