Burrell Co., a wholesale distributor of parts and accessories for commercial trucks and heavy equipment. No financial terms were disclosed. Inc. by FleetPride Inc., the largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the United States.
E.H. Burrell is a wholesale distributor of parts and accessories for commercial trucks and heavy equipment that serves 1,000 commercial and industrial accounts throughout western Oregon and southwestern Washington State. Its acquisition by FleetPride is indicative of the expected increase in acquisition activity within the sector, and the unique role The March Group can play in facilitating such M&A transactions.
“The commercial truck and trailer parts industry is currently characterized by intense buyer interest. The major players are positioning themselves to take maximum advantage of the coming surge in infrastructure spending, he explained.
