Jacques Galante and Henry Ormond have joined Leeds Equity Partners as managing directors. Galante previously was a principal with The Carlyle Group, while Ormond was a principal with Quadrangle Group.
Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, the New York based private equity firm, today announced the hiring of two Managing Directors.
Jacques Galante joins Leeds Equity Partners after working as a private equity professional for over nine years at the Carlyle Group, the Washington DC based private equity firm. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Galante was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Solomon Smith Barney.
Mr. Galante graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Henry Ormond joins Leeds Equity Partners after working as a private equity professional for seven years at Quadrangle Group, the New York based private equity firm. Prior to Quadrangle, Mr. Ormond was a Senior Associate at Whitney & Co. and an Analyst in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Ormond received his Masters of Engineering degree from Oxford University and his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
