GardaWorld sweetens takeover bid for Britain’s G4S: Reuters

Montreal-based GardaWorld has sweetened its takeover offer for G4S to 3.68 billion pounds (US$4.94 billion), stepping up a hostile bid for the British company that has repeatedly rejected its advances, Reuters reported.
