


Turnspire Capital Partners has named Luther Gatewood as a principal. Previously, he was a principal at Athyrium Capital Partners.

New York, NY (April 12, 2022) —- Turnspire Capital Partners (“Turnspire”) announced today that Luther Gatewood has joined its investment team as a Principal.
Luther joins Turnspire from Athyrium Capital Partners where he was a Principal and played a leadership role in all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence and structuring, in addition to driving portfolio company value enhancement. Prior to Athyrium, he was an investment analyst at Q Investments and at Elliott Management. Earlier in his career, Luther was an associate at Apax Partners and an analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Luther received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was selected as a Toigo Fellow and honored as an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
