Godspeed-backed SilverEdge acquires cybersecurity firm Counter Threat

Columbia, Maryland-based SilverEdge is a provider of cybersecurity, software, and intelligence solutions for the defense and intelligence communities.

SilverEdge Government Solutions, which is backed by Godspeed Capital, has acquired Reston, Virginia-based Counter Threat Solutions, a cybersecurity firm. No financial terms were disclosed.

CTS was founded in 2015 and is led by CEO Theresa Keith. The company will continue to operate with its current leadership under the SilverEdge platform.
