Godspeed Capital has acquired E4H, a healthcare architectural firm. No financial terms were disclosed.
ERH was founded in 1982.
Following the transaction, E4H will join MOREgroup, Godspeed Capital’s newly rebranded platform of architecture, design, and engineering brands.
Christopher M. Huckabee will lead MOREgroup’s CEO and serve on its board of directors.
