Harvest-backed Fortis buys labels maker Identi-Graphics

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, which is backed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Montgomery, Illinois-based Identi-Graphics Inc, a maker of pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging products. No financial terms were disclosed.

Terry Strong is owner of Identi-Graphics.

Fortis President and CEO John O. Wynne, Jr. said in a statement, “Fortis is excited to bolster its flexible packaging and label capabilities in key end-markets with the acquisition of Identi-Graphics. Fortis employs over 1,200 employees across twenty manufacturing sites.
