Harvest Partners-backed Fortis Solutions buys Label Tech

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, which is backed by Harvest Partners LP, has acquired Somersworth, New Hampshire-based Label Tech Inc, a maker of labels and flexible packaging for the consumer product, food and beverage and health and beauty end markets.
