Harvest Partners SCF hires one as VP and promotes another to VP

Harvest Partners SCF LP has hired Chris Schaller as vice president and promoted Chris Peyser to vice president. Previously, Schaller worked at Ares Management’s private equity group where he was a senior associate. And, prior to joining HP SCF, Peyer was a senior associate at Kelso & Company.


Harvest Partners SCF, LP (“HP SCF” or “The Firm”) the non-control private equity strategy of Harvest Partners, LP (“Harvest”) is pleased to announce it has hired Chris Schaller as Vice President and promoted Chris Peyser from Senior Associate to Vice President.

· Chris Schaller. Mr. Schaller joins HP SCF as a Vice President and will be responsible for helping evaluate, structure, and execute new investment opportunities. Prior to joining HP SCF, Mr. Schaller was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Group of Ares Management, L.P., where he completed transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to Ares, he was an Associate at Kelso & Company. Mr. Schaller began his career as an Analyst at Lazard Frères & Co., and is a graduate of Stanford University.

· Chris Peyser. Since joining HP SCF, Mr. Peyser has worked on three HP SCF investments: EyeCare Services Partners, PRO Unlimited and a pending committed investment. Prior to joining HP SCF, he was a Senior Associate at Kelso & Company. Mr. Peyser began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
