Heuberger joins Lincoln International’s JV&P Group as a director in Brussels

Lincoln International’s global Joint Ventures & Partnering Group has named Claire Heuberger as director. Heuberger will be based in Brussels. Previously, she worked at Sibelco and Carmeuse.

October 20, 2020 — Lincoln International’s global Joint Ventures & Partnering (JV&P) Group is pleased to welcome Claire Heuberger as a senior member of its growing team. Claire will be based in Brussels, Belgium, and will leverage her extensive JV&P experience to help drive additional market recognition and growth for the firm’s JV&P services, particularly in the DACH region, working in close co-operation with Lincoln’s local teams.
Claire has more than 15 years of experience in the industrials industry with a focus in the industrial gases and non-metallic minerals sector. Her expertise includes leading corporate strategy to define new growth avenues, executing transformational cross-border joint ventures and historical smaller non-strategic exits, turning around underperforming partnerships and exiting partnerships and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Claire led the corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) department of large family-owned companies in the mining sector, Sibelco and Carmeuse, redefining the company’s strategy and executing multiple deals whether acquisition, divestments or JVs. She also worked in close collaboration with the research and development team on corporate venturing programs and spent several years in market and business unit strategy at Air Products.

Claire holds a master’s degree in international business management from universities in France, Germany and Switzerland. She is a British, French and Swiss citizen and is fluent in English, French and German with some notions of Dutch.
