Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company Inc has acquired Vancouver, British Columbia-based Fresh Direct Produce LLC, a distributor of fresh, ethnic, tropical, organic and specialty produce. No financial terms were disclosed. PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC served as financial adviser to Fresh Direct Produce on the transaction.
