The Chicago-based investment bank Livingstone has hired Thomas Lesch as a VP in its debt capital markets practice. Lesch was most recently a VP of commercial banking for BMO Harris Bank and Bank of America/LaSalle Bank.
CHICAGO – November 1, 2011. Livingstone, the leading independent, international investment banking firm, today announced the addition of Thomas Lesch as Vice President of the firm’s growing Chicago team and expanding Debt Capital Markets practice.
Lesch brings nearly ten years of commercial finance and middle market expertise to the firm. He most recently was a Vice President of Commercial Banking for BMO Harris Bank and Bank of America/LaSalle Bank. A Chicago Booth MBA and Denison University graduate, Lesch began his career at GE Capital in both their Corporate Financial Services and Fleet Services divisions.
He joins as Livingstone expands its focus on raising senior and mezzanine debt for private and public companies, both those healthy and distressed. Livingstone has completed five successful debt capital markets transactions already in 2011 and has seven active debt advisory engagements.

In other personnel news, Livingstone announced the promotions of Joseph Greenwood to Managing Director, from Director, and Andrew Bozzelli to Vice President, from Associate. Livingstone also announced the recent addition of Will Gangware as a financial and research analyst. Gangware is a recent magna cum laude graduate of Yale University.
