Intersil Corp. (Nasdaq: ISIL) has agreed to acquire D2Audio Corp., an Austin, Texas-based maker of digital amplifier modules. No financial terms were disclosed. D2Audio has raised over $51 million in VC funding since 2002, from firms like Austin Ventures, Sevin Rosen Funds, Lightspeed Venture Partners and CenterPoint Venture Partners.
